This Service Excellence module is about communicating with colleagues. It will consider the communication skills that are required to talk to different members of the pharmacy team and how you can adapt them for different situations.

- Know how to adapt your communication skills depending on who you're talking to.
About this module
This module is suitable for all members of the pharmacy team who wish to increase their knowledge of communication skills. This module has been endorsed with the NPA’s Training Seal as suitable for use by pharmacy teams as part of their ongoing learning.
