Lloydspharmacy in New Square Shopping Centre, West Bromwich, has become the 1,000th store to be redesigned by specialist pharmacy design company, T3 Pharmacy Design.

Set up by managing director Chris Jones 10 years ago, the award-winning company has designed pharmacies of all shapes and sizes, including the new pharmacy in the flagship Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, which uses one of the latest high volume dispensing robots. The newly designed Lloydspharmacy branch reflects Lloydspharmacy’s new approach to community pharmacy, which focuses on enhanced services, including skincare and pain management. The store has a modern, welcoming environment with special skin and pain bays and even includes a skin analysis machine to help the team use the latest technology to offer tailored advice to customers.

“Customers can’t believe the change; it’s clean and bright and so many of them have come up to me to comment on it. It’s a pleasure to work here,” said branch manager Munazza Waseem.
