GSK launches allergy drive

GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has launched a new £2.5 million marketing campaign for Piriton Allergy Tablets and Syrup and Piriteze products to help pharmacy meet the needs of customers and capitalise on the sales opportunity. The campaign is bolstered by the launch of Piriteze Allergy Tablets in packs of 30 onto the General Sales List (GSL).

Aiming to raise awareness of how the Piri brand can offer relief from allergy symptoms, the media campaign is running on TV, video on demand (VOD), digital and national radio and will continue until August this year. Julia Bauer, allergy brand manager for GSK, said: “By supporting these brands during the peak seasons, we aim to show consumers that we are there for their allergy needs.”
