Pharmacy Voice is continuing its work with multiple organisations to resolve ongoing problems with the electronic prescription service (EPS). New research commissioned by Pharmacy Voice into pharmacist perceptions and experience of EPS revealed that one in five users rate the system as poor or very poor. The research shows that the spine 2 upgrade caused widespread disruption with no noticeable speed improvement, and that split prescriptions remained a significant issue for over half of respondents.
