NiQuitin is being supported with a £1.1 million marketing spend this summer – a 15 per cent increase in investment year-on-year – manufacturer Perrigo has announced. The marketing activity will encourage quitters to use a ‘patch +1’ approach by combining NiQuitin Clear Patch for 24-hour control with NiQuitin Extra Fresh Mint Gum to combat sudden cravings and significantly improve their chances of quitting, Perrigo explains. Kicking off in May, activity will include TV advertising from 7 May to 9 July 2018, as well as out-of-home, digital display, social media and pay-per-click.
