Cetraben scores high with users

Research shows that 87 per cent of users prefer Cetraben Ointment to other widely prescribed ointments, according to manufacturer Thornton & Ross. This is because of the product’s ease of use, preferred application, appearance and moisturising ability as well as its texture, colour and fragrance, says the company. Formulated for eczema and dry skin sufferers, the 3-in-1 ointment is designed for use at night-time or to complement emollient use during the day and can also be used as a skin cleanser and a bath additive.

“As part of our ongoing commitment to more effective emollient use and improved adherence through the promotion of complete emollient therapy, the availability of Cetraben Ointment provides users with greater choice to help self manage their problematic skin conditions to maximal effect,” said Denika Fletcher, brand manager at Thornton & Ross. The 3-in-1 ointment is available in 125g (£3.49) and 450g (£5.39) packs.
