Fiona Eveleigh has worked her way up the pharmacy ladder and is now store manager at Boots UK’s new Cricklade branch in Wiltshire

She continually aims high and took home highly commended in the Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards Team Leader category. 

Nominating her for the award, Boots pharmacy advisor Charleigh Hobbs said: “Not only is Fiona a treasure to the customers and patients, she is also forever inspiring us as a team to work together to provide the best service we can, encouraging us to share our ideas and always willing to try new things to continue to improve our pharmacy.” Charleigh also commented on her manager’s kind and caring nature and impeccable organisation skills.

RoE judge and Boots UK senior manager for professional learning and development Richard Dunne commented: “Fiona is a great example of someone who has moved into a leadership role, energises the team and drives with her passion for patient care. Brilliant.”
