What's the scenario?

“Good morning Mrs Williams. How are you today?” asks pharmacy technician Vicky as Mrs Williams passes over her prescription.

“Not too bad, thank you Vicky. Although I’m a bit concerned that the GP might have prescribed the wrong tablets for me,” replies Mrs Williams.

“Why do you say that?” Vicky asks.

“Well, I went to see her again today about the pain in my back as I’ve had it for quite a few months now. Despite all the tests, no one can put their finger on what’s causing the pain,” explains Mrs Williams. “I thought the GP would prescribe me some painkillers, but I’ve had a look at what’s on this prescription and I know these tablets are for depression because my daughter takes them. The GP did talk to me about what she was going to prescribe and she gave me a leaflet about exercise, but I’m afraid I didn’t take it all in. I’m not sure I want to take tablets for depression as I’ve just got a sore back.”

“Would you like to take a seat and I’ll ask our pharmacist Vikram to have a quiet word with you?” Vicky replies.
