Scenario

Marcus Williams comes running into the pharmacy with his eight-year-old son Albie in his arms. “Please help! He’s just been bitten by a dog whilst playing in the park.”

Vicky sits Albie down and sees a mark on his arm, the bite is small but bleeding. Marcus explains that Albie bent down to stroke the dog as they were leaving the park, but the dog suddenly seemed to be startled and bit him. The owner apologised profusely, saying that her dog had never done such a thing before, and has left her mobile number in case he wants to contact her.
