The scenario

Lucy Jameson has come into the pharmacy to speak to pharmacy technician Vicky.

"All your advice on the things Paul and I could do to improve our chances of getting pregnant have worked – I did a test yesterday and it was positive!" Lucy beams.

"Oh, how exciting!" exclaims Vicky. "How are you feeling?"

"I’m fine," replies Lucy. "A bit nauseous in the morning, and I get tired more easily. But I’m taking it as a sign that the hormones are doing their thing, so I’m not going to complain.

"I’m still taking folic acid tablets, but is there anything I should be eating or not eating?"
