LloydsPharmacy asks ‘How are you today?’

LloydsPharmacy has launched a major national marketing campaign across TV, radio and national newspapers to raise awareness of the company as an integrated healthcare provider. The ‘How Are You Today?’ campaign centres on a pharmacist dealing with a series of customer scenarios to reflect the wide range of services available beyond dispensing medicines.

“Our research tells us that non-pharmacy users still do not know about the range of services and advice they can access at LloydsPharmacy. The ‘How Are You Today?’ campaign has been developed to address those gaps in awareness,” said Nigel Swift, marketing and sales director, LloydsPharmacy.

The campaign supports the messages of recent attempts by NHS England and Public Health England to encourage people to seek advice from pharmacies on minor ailments and managing long-term conditions. More than 300 of LloydsPharmacy’s 1,500 stores have relaunched under its European Pharmacy Network (EPN) programme, while the company has also recently rolled out a Click and Collect service to complement its online doctor and pharmacy services.
