Alcohol misuse: part one

This module will consider the health and social problems that alcohol misuse can cause, government policies and strategies relating to alcohol and the definitions of different levels of alcohol use and misuse.

Learning objectives:

• Be able to describe the extent and nature of problems relating to alcohol
• Understand the Government strategy documents and policies that relate to alcohol
• Be aware of the UK alcohol guidelines.
