If not dealt with effectively, tiredness can have a profound effect on physical and mental health, as well as work and relationships.

  • Understand what causes tiredness and recognise people who are more likely to suffer from it 
  • Be aware of the negative impact of tiredness on general health
  • Know the treatment and self care options
  • Know when to refer to the pharmacist.
