Covid-19 and influenza

Learning objectives

After completing this module, pharmacy technicians will be able to: 

• Answer patients' questions on Covid-19 and flu
• Help patients self-manage their symptoms but recognise when they should be referred to the pharmacist
• Explain the autumn vaccination programme.
