Challenge 4: Share good practice

Organise an informal chat with other members of your pharmacy team and use the opportunity to discuss how you can work together to address issues of polypharmacy. On 7 April at 8pm, CPPE is hosting a Twitter chat with @WePharmacists. Use the hashtag #polypharmacy to join the discussion, share your approach and find out how others are helping to tackle the issue of polypharmacy.

Challenge 5: Engage the team

Design a leaflet to advise people what to do if they are struggling with multiple medicines that the pharmacy team and delivery drivers could distribute to patients. Share your leaflet designs on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #polypharmacy.

Challenge 6: Make a pledge 

CPPE is inviting you to make a pledge to do one thing that will make a difference to people taking multiple medicines.
