Technician Vicky is chatting to a customer who seems to be struggling to address an issue.

“Is everything alright?” Vicky asks. “Well, actually, I am considering having a vasectomy, but I keep going back and forth and I’m worried about the after affects. Do you know anything about what happens after at all?”
