Public Health England is inviting pharmacy teams across the country to work in partnership throughout this season's Smokefree campaign.

Launching on 29 December, the campaign aims to encourage smokers to quit in the new year and will include new TV ad to highlight the harms of smoking and urge smokers to quit.

Smokefree support tools are available for pharmacy teams to use to help smokers quit successfully. They are designed to complement any smoking cessation advice or activities pharmacies may have planned for January.

Printed toolkits can be ordered from the Pharmacy Order Line by calling: 0300 123 1019. The toolkit includes an activation brief, two A4 posters, 50 A5 leaflets and leaflet dispenser. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your items.
