Training Matters has won Best Support for the Pharmacy Team for the second consecutive year at the Avicenna Media Awards.

In a unanimous decision by the judging panel, which was made up of Avicenna members, Avicenna colleagues and representatives from the event’s sponsors, Best Support for the Pharmacy Team was awarded to TM for consistently delivering content in an easy-to-read and accessible format for pharmacy support staff. In particular, TM was praised for its coverage on the pharmacy funding cuts.

Presented at Avicenna’s eighth Media Awards at the Ismaili Centre in central London, the TM team celebrated with almost 100 guests from the pharmacy industry and trade press as Avicenna kick-started the company’s 25th Anniversary celebrations.

But the successes didn’t end there, as TM’s sister titles, Pharmacy Magazine and P3, were awarded Best Monthly Title and Best Support for Independent Pharmacists respectively.
