  • Customers who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Anyone taking medication or with a medical condition
  • Anyone under 16 or over 60 years of age
  • Four or more episodes in the past 12 months
  • If it is a customer’s first episode
  • If there is bleeding after intercourse or between periods 
  • Anyone experiencing heavier-than-normal periods
  • If there is difficulty or pain when passing urine
  • If there is pain in the lower abdomen
  • If the sufferer is male
  • If the customer has diarrhoea, nausea, fever, strong smelling discharge or discharge that has changed colour.
