Helping with first prescriptions

 This module aims to help pharmacy technicians talk to patients who are starting new medicines. 

Learning objectives

After completing this module and its online counterpart, pharmacy technicians will be able to: 

• Use the 'Five Es' approach to structure conversations with patients
• Recognise the difference between open and closed questions.
