Bio-Kult Infantis is an advanced multi-strain live bacteria formulation for babies, toddlers and young children. Colief Infant Drops can be used for reducing the symptoms of colic associated with temporary lactose intolerance, according to the company. Safe to use from birth, Colief contains lactase enzyme to help break down lactose – the complex sugar found in milk, dairy products, breast milk and infant formulas – to make it easier to digest, allowing parents to rule out temporary lactose intolerance in babies with colicky symptoms, claims the company.

The Cetraben range of specialist moisturisers for dry skin conditions such as eczema is the first skincare range for eczema-prone skin to be approved by the British Skin Foundation, according to manufacturer Thornton & Ross. Cetraben Cream, one of the range’s original products, is suitable for people experiencing dry patches of skin, sensitive skin or mild to moderate eczema, explains the company. The whole Cetraben range is suitable for all ages and is free from fragrance, sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) and parabens, as well as being suitable for vegans.

Schülke has launched Octenicare Repair Creme, which is specifically formulated to care for irritated, dry, flaky skin and support skin regeneration, explains the company. Octenicare contains an emollient to help prevent skin dryness; the humectant panthenol to absorb and retain moisture in the skin to aid regeneration; and bisabolol, which is an anti-inflammatory that soothes sensitive skin together with octenidine, the company says. The product is colour and perfume free and suitable for all skin types.
