Scenario

The shop bell goes whilst Vicky is dispensing in the back, so she shouts through: “Just a minute!”

“Hi Vicky!” says local customer Ali Chan. “I don’t know if I need to see my GP about this, but could you help me? I think I have conjunctivitis.” 

Vicky heads out to the counter to greet Ali. His eyes look red and sore and he lets off a series of sneezes. 

 “Oh dear,” Vicky exclaims. “Let’s take a look at you.”

“It’s just since it has started to get warmer, both my eyes are really red and itchy. I also seem to have a bit of a cold as well. Or do you think it could all be connected?”
