Body language
Body language has a significant impact on the way a message is communicated. If you are telling someone a story, and they say “that sounds interesting” but cross their arms and look away or to the floor, you might think that they are bored by what you are saying. Feelings, moods and attitude can be communicated to customers intentionally, or unintentionally.
When dealing with customers, using appropriate body language will help you to communicate effectively.
