Welcome to the third module in our series looking at the NHS DMS. It is based on the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) NHS Discharge Medicines Service: improving outcomes for patients transferring care e-learning programme, and is designed to give pharmacy technicians an overview and better understanding of this area of practice.
