Eye treatments tend not to last long once opened. Usually, they should be discarded after 28 days. Advise customers to check the label for details.
Contact lenses should not be worn when a person has infective conjunctivitis or is using antibiotic eye drops/ ointments. If a customer wears lenses, remember to check that the product is suitable for them.
Don’t worry, you can come back and finish the assessment in your own time.
