Mentholatum has renamed its Deep Relief Gel and revamped the pack design in response to customer feedback. Now called Deep Relief Joint Pain Gel, the pharmacy-only product clearly communicates the gel’s dual action – pain relief plus anti-inflammatory action – and its dual formulation of levomenthol and ibuprofen. The design also has a clear message that the gel offers effective relief from non-serious arthritis, rheumatic and muscular pain.

A new advertising campaign is promoting the new Deep Relief Joint Pain Gel pack in key trade titles, weekend colour newspaper supplements and women’s monthly and weekly magazines, throughout February, March and April.
