The ‘Mind Your Back’ self care campaign from Mentholatum is running throughout October and November to help people manage their back pain and raise awareness of its five S.T.E.P.S. for management: stretch, therapy, exercise, posture and strengthen. During the campaign, exercises will be demonstrated live by influencers to encourage the target audience – workers over 45 and pregnant women still at work – to adopt the S.T.E.P.S. at home. For the therapy step, viewers will be reminded that Mentholatum’s Deep Heat, Deep Freeze and Deep Relief topical analgesics can be used for targeted pain relief, the company explains. The campaign is being promoted via print advertising, digital campaigns and radio interviews with media medic Dr Hilary Jones.
