Sanofi and Babylon have simplified healthcare access for digestive health sufferers in UK by offering a three-month pilot of an online artificial intelligence (AI) health service. The Symptom Checker, which is available via the Buscopan and Dulcolax websites, enables those who suffer from digestive health issues to sign up, input their health query and have a conversation with the AI health assistant, which provides them with triage and treatment advice. If users require further assistance, Sanofi is sponsoring a free GP video consultation for the first 400 consumers to sign up.
