CPPE on... coaching support

Do you need support with your career development or are you facing a difficult challenge at work? CPPE has a solution

Working in pharmacy can be difficult at times and pharmacy professionals may benefit from the chance to discuss the obstacles they are facing with a trained coach. The coaching service at CPPE is available to those who are looking for extra professional support and guidance.

The aim of the service is to support pharmacy professionals with any professional issues or to help in achieving a work-related goal in a supportive framework and an agreed timeframe. CPPE’s trained coaches provide one-to-one guidance and work with individuals to find the right solutions for them.

Access to coaching

The CPPE coaching service is available for free to General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registrants working in the NHS in England and allows up to six one-to-one sessions.

Here, pharmacy professionals can complete the application form, describing their goal or issue, and email it to CPPE’s customer services team at: info@cppe.ac.uk.

For more information, have a look at the Coaching service leaflet.

Further resources

CPPE also has a range of resources to support pharmacy professionals at: cppe.ac.uk. For example, if someone is looking for help with stress and resilience, they can take a look at the Resilience hub. This hub includes a number of tools to help in exploring how resilient individuals are and how they can build resilience.

For those in need of support with revalidation, there is a designated Revalidation gateway page that contains links to the GPhC information on the revalidation framework, fact sheets and example records, as well as other resources that can help registrants meet the requirements.
