Hello lovely readers! I am so excited for it to officially be RoE month!
The Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards 2024 will take place on the 14 June and that’s when we can finally share all the stories we have been harbouring and finally let you know who are our worthy winners!
It has been an extremely hard kept secret in the Training Matters (TM) offices in central London so we can’ wait to let the cat out of the bag... finally! Look out for our bumper edition in July that will include our RoE24 supplement. Thank you once again to everyone who nominated and entered, to our esteemed panel of judges and congratulations to all our brilliant finalists.
On a sad note, I’m extremely saddened to see that Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust has had to close. I personally have always found this organisation to be an exceptional educational resource and place of support for those who need it. This is a real loss. I do hope this does not set a precedence for other fantastic health organisations closing, the nation’s health certainly needs support from such fantastic charities and organisations now more than ever.
Finally, our CPD series covering Pharmacy First conditions comes to a close, but look out for more on our own Pharmacy First series written specifically for the whole team. This will continue right through to November.
