Hello lovely readers! It’s the most wonderful time of the year... although seasonal health concerns, winter skin flare ups and insomnia and stress are rife in the pharmacy (and this issue). 

As I write this, we are days away from ‘the darkest day’ of the year which brings me much hope as we begin to creep towards the light once again.

This time of year brings much discussion of New Year’s Resolutions and I hope you all can encourage yourselves and your customers to make, even a small one, that can lead to a healthier 2026.

Finally, I am sad to say that this will be my last issue as editor of Training Matters magazine. I have worked on countless issues throughout my seven years here but little did I know when I started as an editorial assistant in 2019 I would be speaking to the frontline workers of the Covid pandemic, interviewing hundreds of staff for our RoE Awards and then going on to become Editor of a magazine I have loved so much. It has been a pleasure and privilege to get to know so many of you and to continue to provide you with educational content to best support you. Thank you for reading and engaging with us and I hope you continue to reach first for Training Matters and Counter Intelligence Plus when you are in need.
