Make sure your in-store displays reflect the season and are well stocked up. Know your products and make sure you can guide your customers to make the best choices. Be confident in the information you give to people to treat and, where possible, prevent winter and Christmas season ailments.

Your customers will be happy if they can better enjoy the Christmas season without succumbing to annoying ailments. It is also important to make sure your customers know when you’re open over the holiday period. And you can help them to think about whether their medicine and first aid cabinets are stocked up with the products they might need – painkillers, indigestion remedies, cold and flu preparations.
