TM is excited to announce that this year the Mental Health Foundation will be the charity partner for the Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards 2020.

The Mental Health Foundation (MHF) works to prevent mental health problems and strives to drive change towards a mentally healthy society for all. The charity supports communities, families and individuals to live mentally healthier lives, with a particular focus on those at greatest risk.

The Foundation is the home of Mental Health Awareness Week, which this year begins on the 18 May 2020, on the theme of sleep. Look out for coverage in TM in print and online.

Commenting on the partnership, Helena Beer, TM's editor, said: “Mental health is just as important as physical health and community pharmacy teams have a crucial role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of their communities. Through the RoE Awards we've heard so many incredible examples of individuals going above and beyond in this way and we hope to hear about many more that we can share with the Mental Health Foundation this year. We're thrilled to have the charity on board for 2020 and look forward to working with them and raising awareness of, and funds for, their vital work in the coming months.”
